Breath Circle “Breathe Yourself Free”

Discover the power of your breath to release negative beliefs—also known as conditionings or mental programming—from your system. Free yourself from burdensome thought patterns and the strong emotions linked to them.
Breathing becomes healing!

  1. At 7:00 PM, there will be a preliminary “Breath School” session, where a theoretical explanation will be given about how your breathing works, along with breathing exercises you can continue to practice at home—and certainly at work—for stress reduction, resilience, and inner peace.
    This is ideal if you’d like to gain more knowledge about your breath and learn how to use simple exercises to support yourself.

Do you want to finally address the blockages or frustrations in your life once and for all?

2) In the following session at 8:00 PM—the actual breath circle—you will work on addressing the root cause of the stress you experience in your life. The aim is to “free” yourself from recurring negative thoughts, which are expressions of limiting beliefs that continue to hold you back. This is done through Conscious Connected Breathing.

“Conscious” because you actively and intentionally engage with your breath and with a personal liberation-focused intention for the session.
“Connected” because the inhalation and exhalation follow one another in a continuous flow—without pauses between the in-breath and out-breath.

In short, during this breath circle, we will explore—together—the power of your breath to achieve release and transformation.


Session outline:

  • We begin with a short meditation to help you “land.”

  • This is followed by a brief theoretical explanation about emotional memory, and how nasal breathing allows you to directly connect with that part of your brain.

  • To ensure the session feels safe and held, we’ll check what you personally need to feel secure enough to enter the breath circle.

  • Then you’ll define your own intention for the Conscious Connected Breathing session of the evening: Which limiting belief would you like to breathe yourself free from tonight?
    To support you in this, we’ll use a “Personal Lies” questionnaire that helps identify the negative thoughts and beliefs you’ve taken as truth—until now. Of course, you’re also welcome to formulate an intention around physical pain.

  • Next comes the actual breath session, which is done lying on a mat, optionally covered with a blanket. The session lasts about 45 minutes and is guided by music.
    Sounds long? Time will fly.

  • The session ends with a 10-minute rest period for integration.

  • We close the evening with a short sharing round, also known as a check-out.


Important:
If you are pregnant, or suffer from asthma, throat or respiratory infections, or chronic hyperventilation, this session is not suitable for you.
However, the earlier Breath School session is highly recommended if you experience asthma, hyperventilation, or any other form of dysfunctional breathing.
